Here's what's coming up as we move into 2026!
Below is the event line-up for January, February & March.

Monday 12th January - 6 Week Nutrition Challenge
Kickstart the New Year with our 6-Week Nutrition Challenge!
If you're looking for a little guidance, support and accountability when it comes to your nutrition, then this is for you.
Jack will check-in with you and you'll have the support from other members in the WhatsApp group.

Monday 19th January - Couch 2 5km Run Club
Join us on Monday 19th January 2026 for the start of our week-by-week Couch to 5K programme.
This is a 12-week programme finishing 23rd March.
We’ll be leaving Thrive Gym at 6:00 PM.
Everyone is welcome—members and non-members alike!
📅 Get the date in your diary and stay tuned—more details will follow in the New Year.
⚠️ Don’t forget your lights and hi-vis for safety!

Saturday 21st February - Hyrox Sim
Whether you're competing in a Hyrox race or you just want to give the full event a go, this event will give you the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself under race conditions!

Saturday 14th March - Sarah Davies Weightlifting Workshop
WE HAVE AN OLYMPIAN COMING TO HQ!
Sarah Davies has represented Team GB in both the Olympics and 3x Commonwealth Games winning both gold and silver medals.
Now she is coming to Thrive to deliver a 5-hour weightlifting masterclass.
This is perfect for those who want a deep dive into their weightlifting techniques including the Squat, Clean & Snatch.
The event will run 12-5 pm & is £60pp

Saturday 21st March - Spring Game Day & Members Social
Exciting chance to push your limits, testing your strength and stamina alongside other Thrive members.
This will be a pairs event and as always, the Game Day is open to everyone!
Come the evening, it would be great to have as many of you out as possible for a drink or two!
