Yoga Flow - Flowing continuously from one posture to another (at your own level) linking movement with the breath. This class focuses on building strength, improving balance and coordination.

Hatha Yoga - A slower paced class focusing on improving flexibility, releasing tension and relaxing the mind. Moving gently through poses and connecting to the breath.
