Choose from up to 6 group training sessions per day.

Thrive is an exclusive Personal Training Gym.
We provide our members with Personal Training done in small groups managed by a Coach to get the best out of your training experience. Safe, personalised and expertly coached in a friendly group environment for people that are dissatisfied by their current gym experience, or need to get started in the gym but don't enjoy going into a big gym environment.
